Are you living abroad and do you receive a benefit from STIP?

If so, we will - for the time being - not ask you to send us a ‘life certificate’.

Coronavirus has affected daily life in many countries
This special situation also has consequences for supervisory bodies outside the Netherlands. Each year you receive a life certificate (‘Bewijs van in leven zijn’). You need to have this form signed by a competent authority in the country where you live. For example by your municipality or a notary. At this moment it may be difficult or even impossible to have the certificate signed.

That is why we have decided to postpone the return of this form
We will resume control again as of October 2020.

Have you already received a life certificate from us?
Then return this form (completed and signed) to us before 1 October 2020 with the required copies of your bank details and ID.
